Infant Jesus College Of Engineering, a college under the management of Infant Jesus Educational Trust - Chennai, is one of the leading Engineering Colleges in the Southern part of Tamilnadu. Spread over an area of 60 Acres of lush greenery and surrounded by Vallanadu hills, the college provides an environment for conducive learning. The master plan was prepared by an eminent Architect from Chennai based on the requirement of international standard.

Buildings
The buildings are aesthetically designed to suit the climatic conditions of the locality. The Laboratories are designed as per the standards of AICTE and Anna University. Each departmental block is provided with HOD - room, Staff Rooms, Office room, Library, Class rooms, Seminar Halls, Students waiting rooms, Tutorial Halls and Toilets.
Further the campus of the college has a separate First year Block and a Cafeteria. The Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science and Electronics & Communication Engineering Departments have separate Administrative offices, Class rooms, Seminar halls and specialized laboratories pertaining to each department.
Faculty and students will soon benefit from two new buildings on the western end of IJCE campus, the library with wi-fi access and an air-conditioned auditorium. |
